Truck in for warranty repairs- window seal. Service associate was proactive in ordering parts when I called about the problem. Much appreciated as it meant I didn’t have to make 2 trips- one for diagnosis & one for repair. At the price of gas, I really appreciated his attention to my time and costs. I travel to this dealer from another state because I don’t have a DECENT Nissan dealer in my state!

Not recommended. I found this Nissan service center to be very expensive and unreasonable. They charged high prices for both labor and parts, and the parts appeared to be available for much less online. Based on my experience, I would recommend going to a trusted local garage instead.

“Inspected” through our mechanics is what I was told then found multiple things wrong so it indeed was not inspectable beg to get out of it three days later and they refused very poor management was treated awful from Shawn. He blamed me for some of the things was wrong with the car and I had only had it for a couple days before it was at the garage.
Evan was very helpful from the start, putting me in a good mood to ultimately purchase my vehicle that day.

Always pleased with Kyle and Damon. Not because of the service department but because of the lack of proper Tech Support from Nissan I had to pay for 6 days of rental car fees. If tech support department is not opened for holiday reason ie Holy Friday then skeleton crew should be available to service department if service has to be opened. Damon was able to pick me up at rental to bring me back to dealership. Had to wait 45 minutes for original ride to pick up rental.

The dealer charged for services not performed. The dealer refused to refund the charges for work not performed. The dealer did not ask the customer to consent to the unauthorized services.

Service was subpar both times I gave been there. Oil change and tire rotation took way longer than needed. When they could not find the lugnut unlock tool they left my glove boxes a mess from looking for it. They could of asked where it was. The seats had oil or grease left on them. At least they did do the oil change deal.

Always prompt and courteous service. I had an 3 pm appointment they pulled my truck in immediately. I was out in less than 40 minutes. And they washed the truck!

Had issues with my transmission on my 23 Titan they replaced the TCM was good for awhile then needed reprograming now it’s like new!! Whenever I take it in they are very courteous and attentive!! Very pleased with the set!

Supposedly, they rotated the tires at the time of my oil change. But when I checked the TPI on the monitor the tire pressure didn’t change. One tire was slightly inflated more than the other 3. I am assuming the TPI would change once the sensor reset if the tires had been rotated, it’s been 3 days since service and the monitor still reads the same. The service rep was very pleasant and friendly. That’s about the best I have for this visit.

Scheduling was done in a timely manner for left side mirror glass.replacement.. Work was completed, but not satisfactory. Could not adjust it out far enough to see. Returned to have corrected. Adjusted, but still not satisfactory but told that was the way it is supposed to be. Still unsatisfied, Head tech checked it out and satisfactory adjusted to my satisfaction.

Overall my experience was satisfactory. This is the fourth time I have been in for my 6 month service. And again, I think it took too long, waiting an hour and a half to have the tires rotated and the oil changed. I know the mechanic checked other things but still felt it should be completed in 60 minutes or less.

Ready on time. Staff provided transportation to my nearby doctor appointment. Everybody very helpful. Rear tires are overinflated. Manual calls for 30 psi in rear, 33 in front. Rear are at 33 cold
It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was very friendly. A part wasn't available for my car, so they provided a "rental" so I could go home and return in the morning once my car's service was complete.
The service was very good, and the people i delt with were friendly and very knowledged.
Will never service my truck again. Warranty covered nothing. I dropped my truck off at 845 and was given a ride to DHMC. Suggested I try to get a ride back and "if worse comes to worse, give us a call and we will come back to get you." When I returned, I waited for a few more hours and finally left at 245. They checked my transmission, computer said no issues. Checked brakes, moderate wear. Tightened power steering hose, not under warranty. Changed windshield wipers. On Friday 11/21, I arrived at 1:00 PM for an appointment to change the oil and swap my all season radials for my snow tires. The guy who checked me in told me it would take around 3 hours, so I waited in your waiting area. Around an hour later the same guy came in and told me my front brakes needed replacing. We came to Nissan of Lebanon after a long term relationship with St j ford (Lebanon)
That ended in a disgustingly rude, unprofessional. Encounter with Nate Loschiavo that left us with a 2020 escape having a manufacturers defect. Of course they sold the dealership because of the constantly unprofessional antics.
Our choice for Lebanon Nissan was based on the long term presence in Lebanon
Our 2023 Rouge is awesome and while being happy with the car means nothing if having it serviced is easy.

The last service appointment took 4 hours. It is too long and never informed about it.
Had a great experience doing business with Nissan of Lebanon. I am really enjoying my new ride. I feel I was treated very fairly.. I was a little disappointed it cost over 200 dollars to get button fixed on driver side seat, but overall I would do business again with Nissan of Lebanon in addition to recommending the dealership to other people.
My vehicle has been there several times! Took 4 times to get the window fixed so water wouldn't leak into it! Continue to hear that they cannot replicate the car not starting at times or the radio just shutting off, even though it still happens!
First time it went for water in the door, was told it couldn't be replicated! The 2nd or 3rd time, they sprayed the car with a hose and they were able to replicate it! Not sure what changed.

The Service Dept at the Nissan Dealership in Lebanon NH is a well oiled machine - ALWAYS.
Always professional and friendly whenever I bring the car in for service (especially David Torrey/Service Advisor).
I was shown 2 cars to test drive - both models that I could then buy (I hate being forced to drive the loaner). The sales team matched the price I was looking to achieve, and then the sales process was smooth. The car was prepped well and handed to me with a full tank of gas. I will definitely be going back in future.
Service is good, no hard sell, waiting room is clean and comfortable, shuttle is convenient.
From the time we walked in until the time we made a deal it was a seamless experience. From sales to management they made it extremely easy.
