I was skeptical about leasing from a dealership, but after my brother kept telling me great things about Nissan of Lebanon, I had to give them a try. I wish I did sooner because they blew me away with their service and care! Zane is an absolute pleasure to work with, and Johanna is super sweet!
The service was excellent but the sales hounding was a bit much. I realize that things are very expensive these days and I suspect many are buying used cars. My car is only 3 years old and only 28000 miles. I have no intention of getting rid of it for years.
The person I interacted with, Ethan, was very helpful over the phone and in person.
It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The technicians supposedly didnt know that I was waiting for my car in the lobby so it was just sitting there after they were done. They thought it was a drop off. It is very frustrating that every time I come here there is some excuse why it took so long. I have to take 3 hours off from work just to get an oil change done. The personnel were very helpful with my appointment for service maintenance. Also the waiting area for customers to wait is very comfortable.
The transaction was fast and painless! Found what we wanted and and went from there. Got a good deal on our trade in and that was it.
Johanna and Sean worked together very well as the management team. Our salesman Zane did a good job as a go-between. Isaiah knew all about the new vehicle and was very helpful in helping us set up our new car's computer works.

Nice people. Service managers seem to sincerely want things done right. Due to past issues, service agreed to do an interior detailing. Very nice. Much appreciated. But the guy who did the detailing didn't put 3 items back in my car. Two were found and returned to me before I left. The third is still among the missing. Otherwise, the detailing was done well.
Our car salesperson Evan Gordon was so helpful at finding the right car for me. He was professional as I was new customer. He was knowledgeable with every aspect of my Rogue which was comforting. His ability to help me through the paperwork went very smooth and easy. I would recommend Evan to anyone buying a car.

Everyone was great.Sales department was great and I would have bought another Titian if they were available.Unfortunately I needed a truck that was dependable. I don’t blame you but the fact that that the truck quit running 4 times and left me stranded made me real uncomfortable.

Truck in for warranty repairs- window seal. Service associate was proactive in ordering parts when I called about the problem. Much appreciated as it meant I didn’t have to make 2 trips- one for diagnosis & one for repair. At the price of gas, I really appreciated his attention to my time and costs. I travel to this dealer from another state because I don’t have a DECENT Nissan dealer in my state!

Not recommended. I found this Nissan service center to be very expensive and unreasonable. They charged high prices for both labor and parts, and the parts appeared to be available for much less online. Based on my experience, I would recommend going to a trusted local garage instead.

“Inspected” through our mechanics is what I was told then found multiple things wrong so it indeed was not inspectable beg to get out of it three days later and they refused very poor management was treated awful from Shawn. He blamed me for some of the things was wrong with the car and I had only had it for a couple days before it was at the garage.
Evan was very helpful from the start, putting me in a good mood to ultimately purchase my vehicle that day.

Always pleased with Kyle and Damon. Not because of the service department but because of the lack of proper Tech Support from Nissan I had to pay for 6 days of rental car fees. If tech support department is not opened for holiday reason ie Holy Friday then skeleton crew should be available to service department if service has to be opened. Damon was able to pick me up at rental to bring me back to dealership. Had to wait 45 minutes for original ride to pick up rental.

The dealer charged for services not performed. The dealer refused to refund the charges for work not performed. The dealer did not ask the customer to consent to the unauthorized services.

Service was subpar both times I gave been there. Oil change and tire rotation took way longer than needed. When they could not find the lugnut unlock tool they left my glove boxes a mess from looking for it. They could of asked where it was. The seats had oil or grease left on them. At least they did do the oil change deal.

Had issues with my transmission on my 23 Titan they replaced the TCM was good for awhile then needed reprograming now it’s like new!! Whenever I take it in they are very courteous and attentive!! Very pleased with the set!
